About Hypertroph Education

Hypertroph Education arose as a concept after many passionate discussions with colleagues regarding the potential opportunities to develop specialised skills and knowledge as well returning to and consolidating the core principles of health care. Having participated in a variety of conferences and courses around Europe and internationally, Joelle is keen to provide other allied health professionals with the diverse learning opportunities she herself has enjoyed.

Joelle completed her physiotherapy degree at Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia, in 2003. Joelle moved to the UK in 2007 and since then has worked for number of London hospitals, specialising in hand therapy with a passion for rehabilitation after major trauma.

She has been involved in the furthering the field of hand therapy through contributions to research, education and holding the role of Chair of the British Association of Hand Therapists between 2011 - 2015.
